Shandong Tianan Valve Co., Ltd. was restructured from a state-owned enterprise. Hualu Welding and Cutting and Hualu Valve are the two major brands of the company.
The company occupies an area of more than 20,000 square meters, and the workshop area is nearly 10,000 square meters. After the company's restructuring, it has successively developed products such as pressure reducers and welding and cutting appliances on the basis of valves. Established four major workshops for valves, pressure reducers, welding and cutting torches, secondary protection welding torches, and plasma cutting torches.

In 1987, the valve was put into production and passed the product appraisal (formerly Yanggu Luxi Valve Factory)
